We are so thankful for nurses like Amina, who care with all of their hearts.
Amina has been working with her patient Dominicke for over a year. “Working with four-year-old Dominicke means the world to me,” Nurse Amina shares. “Although he's non-verbal, when I walk into Dominicke's room, he’s always smiling and happy to see me."
Amina goes above and beyond every day in her care for Dominicke. She takes time to engage and connect with him during her shifts. At night, she always reads him a bedtime story as part of her nighttime care routine.
"Dominicke is such a pleasure and a joy to be around," Amina says. "I truly love my job."
