Aveanna has a full-time staff to manage all physician orders, insurance companies, and other support you need while you focus on meeting the needs of your clients. We offer continuing education and support a collaborative approach with all therapies involved with each child.

Provides professional goal-oriented, home, clinic, school-based, and early intervention therapy services to pediatric clients. Treatment plans are individualized with therapy delivered on a one-on-one basis. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and a plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Therapy.

  1. Meets the qualifications as established by APTA or other professional organizations.
  2. Licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of your location.
  3. Experienced in pediatric rehabilitative services.
  4. Strong new graduates who are self-starters and have pediatric fieldwork will be considered.

Today we are celebrating Nurse Herminia Gutierrez. Herminia is a skilled nurse with an amazing heart for care. She makes an incredible difference in the lives of all her patients, including little Malik.

Along with the excellent clinical care she provides, Nurse Herminia helps Malik push toward new developmental goals. "Herminia goes beyond providing care for baby Malik," his mom, Carly says. "Malik needs constant encouragement to reach new milestones. Herminia does extra research to help keep him moving forward."

Herminia is dedicated to helping her patient progress, and she makes every day and every step forward fun! "Herminia plays music and reads stories to Malik," Carly shares. "Every day they take morning walks. Whatever they do, Herminia is always extra attentive to the slightest change in his behavior." Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)
