Aveanna Healthcare

Today we want to celebrate Aveanna Nurse Candace Kelley, who works with our patient Samantha. Candace is a compassionate caregiver who gives her all to her patients. Her kindness, skill, and dedication impress everyone who meets her.

Recently, Candace went above and beyond the call of duty while working with Samantha. Candace was going about her usual routine when she realized her patient’s grandfather was grey and not breathing correctly. She instructed her patient’s grandmother to call 911 and assisted the grandfather until paramedics came and got his oxygen levels back up.

Samantha’s family is so grateful to Candace for the care she provides daily and for this special occasion when she saved another family member’s life.

Thank you so much, Candace, for your incredible heart for caregiving. We are so honored to have you on the Aveanna team. And we're so excited to celebrate you during the Year of the Nurse!
