Our patient Jayden joined the Aveanna Healthcare family at just five months old. It can often take some time to find the right fit for a family and nurse in home care. But with Jayden and Nurse Lola, it was simply meant to be. They connected immediately.
Lola has been Jayden’s nurse for six years, since he was just a baby. She has stood by him through various challenges, stages, and successes.
