When Jacqueline Holland began her home care nursing career 27 years ago, she couldn’t have guessed where the journey would take her. But with her commitment, compassion, and leadership skills, it’s no surprise that Jacque became the incredible Aveanna leader she is today.
“I started working in home care as an LPN,” Jacque shares. “I loved the flexible schedule, one-on-one care, and opportunity to hone my skills as a nurse. I always enjoyed working with our patients in their homes. But eventually, I knew it was time to take the next step in my career.” And when that time came, Jacque’s Aveanna family was there to support her.
