Today, we would like to introduce one of the newest additions to our Aveanna family - William!
William was born prematurely last September at 26 weeks, weighing just over a pound. He is a true warrior. Despite the many complications he endured while in the NICU, this little guy fought through and came out victorious.
William came home from the hospital during the first week of April. What many saw as the worst week because of the global pandemic COVID-19 turned out to be one of the best weeks for William and his parents. Their family was finally together at home.
We were honored to play a part in William’s homecoming, and we’ll continue to help him stay safe, healthy, and growing strong at home during this pandemic. Because our caring doesn’t stop during a crisis and neither does our mission. When our patients go through difficult times, we’ll always be there to help them overcome whatever obstacles they may face.
