"As a member of a hospice company, compassion is one of the most important values that we must have to perform our service to patients, as well as to their families. The patient and family are going through a phase that requires more attention than ever. The patient knows that time is limited, and the family must accept the reasons. We must show and prove our service is worth the time that they have, and always care about their acceptance.”
