“Working as a home health nurse allows me to build relationships with patients,” Alexa notes. “I can personally track my patients’ progress and feel an incredible sense of accomplishment when their goals are met.”
With every visit and each new milestone, Alexa sees firsthand the difference she makes in her patients’ lives. Witnessing their recovery and growth gives her a sense of purpose and fulfillment that drives her to provide the best care possible every day.
“I love visiting my patients,” Alexa shares. “They truly become friends. I enjoy having one-on-one time with them to learn about their lives, discuss interests, and meet their family members – including pets!”
Alexa becomes an integral part of her patients’ lives throughout her time caring for them. And she is always an integral part of her Aveanna Home Health team.
