This holiday season, we are celebrating all our little miracles and their wonderful miracle workers.
From the moment he was born, Angel has beaten the odds and amazed everyone who has met him. Angel was born with a chromosomal abnormality called Trisomy 13, a condition which doctors say makes Angel “incompatible with life.” But this little fighter hasn’t let that stop him. While 90% of babies born with trisomy 13 do not make it to their first birthday, Angel just turned one and is thriving. Angel’s mom, Valerie, is committed to giving him all the opportunities that he deserves, including the opportunity to be at home, where he can get kisses from mom and dad and play with his big brother. We are honored to help Angel, the miracle baby who no one believed in, be home with his family where they can make memories together this holiday season.
